Whisky Session with Davy Holt - $75

We’re thrilled to kick off the Cayman Islands Whisky Festival with an unforgettable evening of music, laughter, and drams! Join us as we give a warm welcome back to the incredible professional Scottish folk musician, Davy Holt, all the way from Scotland!

Davy and Matt will be hosting a lively night filled with traditional Scottish tunes, great craic, storytelling, and of course — plenty of whisky to go around. It's the perfect way to raise a glass and celebrate the official opening of the festival!

An Exclusive Evening in The Woodlands – A Rare Whisky Tasting Experience - $500

Friday 7th November 7:30pm

For the real connoisseurs, Friday will showcase our most formal event of the festival. A tasting you’ll never forget. Prepare to plunge deep into the archives of spectacular scotch from the Diageo archives, in a setting of luxury and magnificence in CASK’s Woodlands tasting suite. This is set to be the showstopper of the weekend.

Whisky on the Waves – Dewar’s Boat Party! - $125

Sunday 9th November 2-6pm

We’re wrapping up the Cayman Islands Whisky Festival in true island style — with an epic Sunday boat party, brought to you in partnership with Dewar’s.

Hop aboard the catamaran for an unforgettable afternoon on the water, complete with non-stop party tunes from DJ Urusai and a live performance from Scottish legend Davy Holt.

Sun, sea, music, and whisky — what more could you ask for? This is the grand finale of the weekend, sit back and let cocktails fade away the thought of the Monday blues!
