Whisky Festival is back!

Following an incredible inaugural year, the Cayman Islands Whisky Festival returns this November and we’re extending it to five days of exceptional whisky, unforgettable experiences and good company.
From Wednesday 4th to Sunday 8th November 2026, we’ll be bringing together whisky lovers, industry experts and special guests for a weekend of tastings, events, live music and plenty of surprises along the way.
Whether you’re a seasoned whisky drinker or simply curious to discover something new, there’s a place for you at the festival.

Irish Whisky Session with ‘Meet the Folkers’

Wednesday 4th November 8:00pm

We’re thrilled to kick off the Cayman Islands Whisky Festival with an unforgettable evening of music, laughter, and drams! Join us as we give a warm welcome back to the incredible professional Irish folk band, ‘Meet the Folkers’.

The band and Matt will be hosting a lively night filled with traditional Irish tunes, great craic, storytelling, and of course — plenty of whisky to go around. It's the perfect way to raise a glass and celebrate the official opening of the festival!

Don’t miss this spirited start to the festivities — slàinte mhath!

4 whiskies and a welcome cocktail are included in your ticket.

An Exclusive Evening in The Woodlands – A Rare Whisky Tasting Experience

Friday 7th November 7:30pm

For the real connoisseurs, Friday will showcase our most formal event of the festival. A tasting you’ll never forget. Prepare to plunge deep into the archives of spectacular scotch in a setting of luxury and magnificence in CASK’s Woodlands tasting suite. This is set to be the showstopper of the weekend.

Hosted by Matt MacPherson, co-owner of Cask, this experience is limited to just 12 tickets.

The Main Event of the Cayman Islands Whisky Festival

Saturday 7th November | 5pm–8pm

The heart of the Cayman Islands Whisky Festival is back.

For one unforgettable evening, CASK brings an extraordinary collection of whiskies together under one roof. From familiar favourites to rare and unexpected pours, explore, taste and discover your way through the world of whisky.

Your ticket gives you three hours of unlimited tastings, with a line-up of distilleries, producers and bottles waiting to be discovered.

Grab your Cayman Islands Whisky Festival glass, make your way from table to table and follow your palate. Talk whisky with the people behind the pours, revisit old favourites and, hopefully, leave having discovered a new one.

And it doesn’t end at 8pm.

Stick around as the festival atmosphere carries on into the night, with live music, good company and plenty more to raise a glass to.

Whisky on the Waves – Boat Party!

Sunday 8th November 2-6pm

We’re wrapping up the Cayman Islands Whisky Festival in true island style — with an epic Sunday boat party.

Hop aboard the catamaran for an unforgettable afternoon on the water, complete with non-stop party tunes from DJ Urusai and a live performance from Scottish legend Davy Holt.

Sun, sea, music, and whisky — what more could you ask for? This is the grand finale of the weekend, sit back and let cocktails fade away the thought of the Monday blues!
